  2. Your Bot Map

    We map which Bots you need, what each one may do and who approves what. Within 48 hours you get the written Bot Map and three options. The $497 is credited to setup if you start within 30 days.

  3. Setup and trial

    About 3 weeks

    You open a Grok team account in your business’s name and add us as an admin. We build your Bots in about 10 days. Then they run in drafts-only mode for two weeks: they prepare the work, and you check it before anything goes out.

  4. Go live, then monthly care

    Every month

    We give your Bots more freedom one step at a time, check every Bot weekly and add new Grok Bot features as they come out. Each month you get a plain-English report and a 30-minute call.

I run my clinic on a team of Grok Bots. Now I’ll build yours.

I own Acupuncture Xperts, a clinic in Boca Raton. A team of about 35 Grok Bots helps me run it, with a Chief of Staff Bot directing seven department leads.

Questions owners ask.

What is Grok Bot?
Grok Bot is SpaceXSI’s product for always-on AI teammates. Each Bot has its own cloud computer, signs in to your tools, works around the clock and checks in with you when something needs a decision.
Is BotXperts part of SpaceXSI?
No. BotXperts is an independent company that sets up and manages Grok Bot for businesses. Grok and Grok Bot are SpaceXSI products, and your business buys them directly from SpaceXSI.
What will I pay for Grok itself?
Your business pays SpaceXSI for Grok seats on The X Subscription. Grok Bot is included on Premium ($30 a seat a month), Super ($100) and Ultra ($200). We start teams on Premium and move a busy seat up only if it runs short of weekly usage.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You work with your Bots by messaging them, like texting a teammate, from your phone or computer. We handle the setup, the sign-ins and the upkeep.
I already use Grok Bot. Can you help?
Yes. The $297 Bot Tune-Up reviews your Bots, their saved tasks and settings, and fixes what’s off. It’s credited to setup if you move to a managed plan.
What happens when Grok Bot changes?
It will. Grok Bot is new, and its plans, features and limits have all shifted since it launched in August. We follow every release, try changes on our own Bots first and update yours as part of monthly care.
Can a Bot send something without my OK?
Not unless you say so. New Bots start in drafts-only mode, and anything that sends, posts, pays or deletes waits for your approval until you choose to loosen that rule.
Who owns the accounts and data?
You do. Your Grok team is in your business’s name and paid on your card. We work as an admin you can remove at any time, and you keep every Bot if you leave.
What if I want to cancel?
After your minimum term (3 months, or 6 for Pro), you can cancel. Your Grok team, Bots and saved tasks stay in your account, along with the Bot Map that documents them.
